About Me

- Location: Maryland, United States
A middle-aged disciple of Jesus Christ, I'm also the wife of the same great guy for over 27years. We have four beautiful children (three of whom are "grown and gone" and one who is halfway there). We also have two gorgeous daughters-in-law and a rambunctious Golden Retriever in our family. My hobbies include writing, reading, teaching, sewing, making art, traveling, watching songbirds, and socializing with people who love to laugh. My blog includes a smattering of it all, but mostly I love to talk about my family.

I'm not a quilter, but will give it a look.
I took the liberty of cleaning the wing-dings out of your comment on my post and tightened it up a bit. I hope you don't mind. I left the content as-is.
Love the one called "It ain't easy being green." I've always loved quilts, probably because my mom always had them around the house. Now I do too -- although I've never made one before.
Joe, that's fine. I would have done it but my lazy side got the better of me.
Loved the quilts..did you see the price of the machine? I wondered why they had a link for financing, now I know. One machine is $15,000!
