A yummy recipe from allrecipes.com . Thanks, Karen, for introducing it. Remember, folks , it's 16 oz Cool Whip--the big guy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, mix together instant vanilla pudding mix, pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping. Chill in the refrigerator until serving.

This sounds so good even though I'm not a huge pumpkin fan. what do you serve it with ? animal crackers? graham crackers? I guess whatever would work, right? I'm going to be posting some of my favorite soup recipes on my blog soon.

Cinnamon graham crackers are great. Karen brought nifty little graham stix. I'm thinking sliced apples would be tasty, too. Celery, too? I'm trying to think like a Briana!

Ya'll have the wrong idea about me and health food. I LOVE to eat healthy; I wish I could be disciplined (and wealthy) enough to eat all organic, fresh, whole foods. But, I have an insatiable sweet tooth that I try to passify all day long until my hubby comes home and then I eat an actual meal.

It is great. These are party size portions, or for you and hubby to snarf over the course of a week or more!
