Acts 1:3 "To them he {Jesus} presented himself alive after his suffering by many proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God. "
When I read this today, the thought came to me--no doubt by the Holy Spirit--to take a challenge.
Forty days. Speaking about the kingdom of God.
Forty straight days of meditating on the kingdom and speaking to God, to myself, to my children, my friends, and whomever the Spirit prompts me to speak to about the kingdom of God.
Would you like to join me? I will start a separate blog to start September 1 and run through October 10th.
I would love to hear your thoughts, read your scriptures, links, testimonies, questions, and so on as they pertain to the kingdom of God. I am not suggesting you drop your plans for studying or reading other things in the Bible. Perhaps this topic, however, might become a 40-day topical study for you. No rules, no guidelines except to commit to setting your mind on the kingdom of God, and if you have something to share or ask, post it.
Also, I'd love to input on what to name this new blog. EVery new baby needs a name.

Great idea. It brings to mind the new song we sang at the conference, Let Your Kingdom Come, on the Valley of Vision CD. Have you heard it?
That song is great! It could be your theme song, Zoanna! :)
I have not heard the song, that I recall. So it's a name in the running for the blog.
